Chevrolet got a huge endorsement this week from MotorWeek. The all new Chevrolet Volt Electric Hybrid has been named MotorWeek's "Best Of The Year." The award is so meaningful because MotorWeek is part of the PBS franchise which reaches hundreds of thousands of people across the country.
