I wrote a review while I was upset about an issue..the manager ended up calling me and was extremely professional and took care of the problem. Lesson learned don't write reviews while your upset..my apologies to the dealership and thank you for following through.

I just bought a used vehicle a few months ago and I'm thankful because the vehicle I came from was going to cost just as much as a down payment. The employees are very informative, friendly, and helpful. I started working with Ms. Chelly (very helpful), then ended up with Mr. Carlos(?) who walked me through the whole process (first time buying a vehicle). Mr. Carlos(?) knows his "stuff", when I found a few things wrong with the vehicle he was Johnny on the spot (thank you sir). I would highly recommend him when trying to purchase a new or used vehicle at Libertyville Chevrolet. Now if you want your vehicle fixed right the first time, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Arthur (Art). Bought a pre-owned car and buying transaction was not stressful. Since I had to drive 2 hours to make the purchase we agreed on the price over the phone. Stephanie and Drew followed up continously to make sure we are coming and kept all the paperwork ready. Mike explained everything nicely and showed interest and relationships for future business. It was worth 2 hours drive. We hope the car turns out to be as reliable as the dealership that sold it.

He could tell I didn't really want to talk, just look. But Marvin was so respectful of us and our desires. He did not pressure us at all, just gave us helpful information and let us make the decision. No cheesy sales gimmicks or anything. We looked at other models in other dealerships, but came back to Libertyville Chevy. Our trade-in situation was complicated and the car was more expensive than we were comfortable with; but general manager Rick Danca found a way to work it all out for us. Finance Director Mike Cardona was very knowledgeable, personable and a blast to deal with. My wife now has her new car and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The best Corvette Mechanic in the Chicago area is building my track car at Libertyville Chevy. He is the only guy I have trusted to take care of my street Corvette for the last 20 years. Now we have a 2000 C5 track car, and it is receiving a factory new LS376 ASA hot cam engine plus a Stage 5 racing transmission from RPM. I intend to have a great time at Blackhawk Farms raceway this summer.

It was quickly evident the people at Libertyville Chevrolet respect their customers and treat them like royalty. Our salesperson, Keith Gunning, was very low-pressure and informative. He also worked very hard with the finance people to put together a great deal. Mike Cardona in Finance was another example of great customer service. He was helpful, accommodating, and also had a great sense of humor. It was a very long drive to Libertyville, but well worth such excellent service.

Purchased a 2016 Challenger. I have cruised through the lights on a late Saturday afternoon and a young man came out of the office. My salesman was Tito Perez. Phenomenal salesman with outstanding customer service, and 100% professional! Monday I went back to look at the car the final time, their service department fixed two things for me and by Wednesday I drove my Dodge Challenger off the lot! Extremely pleased! I don’t know where to start! This was by far THE BEST experience I have had, when it comes to shopping AND PURCHASING a new car! DREW WAS AMAZING!! He was realistic to my budget AND HE made sure to EXPLAIN EVERY SINGLE DETAIL OF THE PROCESS! I walked in with a 2014 and drove off with a 2021!
