Libertyville Chevrolet has a friendly atmosphere and take care of their customers. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in by salesman James M. Glad he was not a typical pushy car salesman. Made the process smooth and answered all of my questions/concerns. Making sure I understand the vehicle and technology with it with following up after sale.

This is hands down the best Chevy dealership in the area. The staff was friendly and expressed extreme care for my vehicle's issues and got everything fixed in a timely manner. Rick was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with my decision to take it here. This will be the dealership I take my vehicles to in the future even though it isn't the closest Chevy dealership for me.

I would like to Thank Danny for making this process, very seamless and effortless. I came in with a budget in mind and he and Dan kept my budget in mind and was able to find me something within it. Once they have found the vehicle for me, it was cleaned, gassed up and ready for me to take home all within a timely matter. It’s been a week and a vehicle has been great just as they stated. It was worth it for me to take the trip from Hanover Park And I will be doing it again for my next vehicle purchase. Side note my salesman, Danny I knew that he was a real car guy because I could see the dirt and grime in his nails as though he was just working on something The night before so that’s a good feeling to know that you’re working out with someone that is an actual car person.

Danny was a pleasure to work with made it very easy and Seamless. The car was cleaned and gassed up by the time I had all the paperwork signed. I will definitely be coming back to Libertyville Chevrolet vehicle. I came in with a budget in mine, and I let them know that they are very respectful of it and did not try to push me outside of it. Side note I work on vehicles myself, and I noticed that there was dirt/oil underneath the nails on the salesman which indicated to me that he is also a fellow car guy so it was good to know that I was working with someone that knows what he was talking about.

My experience here was a 10/10. This was my first time buying a car and I was nervous going in. My sales person was Drew Sims who made me feel so welcome and the process so easy! I found a perfect car and he was very patient and helpful the entire time. I would definitely recommend more people to come buy a car from here. Along with that, another sales man Omar. Was also great. I am a new mom and while going over the car details my baby was getting very fussy. He came over and asked if he could help me. He held my baby and she was so happy. That shows that good people still do exist and i was very appreciative. Todd in finance was also great. He explained everything very well to me and was overall great.
